Terms of Service
By accepting art and/or designs by me, you agree to the terms of service defined below.
☆ My art is for personal use only. My art may not be used in relation to cryptocurrency, NFTs, or the like.
☆ Do not claim my art/designs as your own.
☆ No one other than myself is allowed to tamper with the art piece, watermark included.
☆ I am allowed to refuse sale and/or commission work to any individual no matter how far through I am.
☆ I only take payment of USD through Cash App invoices.
☆ I do not allow chargebacks, disputes, etc. Refunds will be given directly from me. Any attempt to chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate blacklist. I will not tolerate scammers.
☆ I maintain all rights to any of my illustrations and may use them for any reason.
☆ I do not work with deadlines as I have other responsibilities and often have low motivation.
☆ Communications about commissions will be mainly through email and/or twitter.
☆ All completed works will be sent through email and/or Toyhou.se as a high-resolution PNG image.
☆ No contact on the client's end for thirty (30) days or more will cause the commission to be cancelled. The commission may be discarded, and money shall be kept.
Will Not Draw
As stated above, I have the right to decline your commission for any reason. If I find your request distasteful, too difficult, or anything else I'd rather not draw, I decline your commission.

Before You Follow
I am autistic and blunt, often perceived by others as rude.
I struggle with depression so I cannot work by deadlines.
I post fandom content on my accounts as well as art.
I use slurs I can reclaim: f slur, r slur, t slur.
I don’t trigger warning uncommon triggers.
In general please be kind to me as I am sensitive.

If you commission me you are commissioning my art style rather than someone else’s.
I have artistic liberty. You may give me a character or two to draw and general information about their personality.
I may take pose and/or facial expression requests depending on difficulty.
